I really enjoyed the free shuttle service to the airport! It runs frequently. The hotel is also a short walk from the train station. So convenient. I loved the huge lobby. It was great.
The room was not very spacious. It was still fine for my needs, though I prefer a bit more room to spread out. That's just a personal preference!

The hotel is conveniently near the airport and the metro station. Getting around is very easy! Several shopping malls are nearby, and access to the city's attractions is straightforward. I found the area very accessible.

The hotel's proximity to the metro station was a major benefit. It allowed quick trips around the city. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety, so I always found something tasty to start my day. The staff answered promptly when I requested extra towels. The room had a functional workspace, which I used for some hours each day.
The in-room coffee selection was somewhat limited.

My stay had some frustrating aspects. The air conditioning was quite weak in the room. housekeeping could be more thorough. I found some areas were not properly cleaned. It is necessary to improve these points.

I really enjoyed the helpful staff and great meals! The electric plugs worked for every device. The decorations in the lobby and my room were very pretty!
My room lacked amenities compared to other hotels! There were not enough facilities for small kids to play at. This was disappointing for my little one.
